Connection Sessions
Here’s How it Works:
Step 1 - Consultation with Team Lead
Meet with us for a 1-2 hour free conversation so we can understand your desired outcomes for the session and your current team dynamics.
Step 2 - Team Survey
We then distribute a brief survey for your team to complete in order to design a impactful session and take a pulse on your team’s current connection status.
Step 3 - Found Designs & Delivers Connection Session(s)
Next we will design a customized multi-hour session or multiple sessions on different days for your team based on the initial team lead conversation and the responses to your team’s survey.
Step 4 - Team Survey
We administer a post-session survey to gauge how team members responded to the time together. Choose between a high level summary of your team’s experience or a full report with recommendations.
