Colleague Connection
We facilitate tailored team activities and conversations based on manager and team-specific data. When your icebreakers are falling flat or you are needing recommendations to operationalize team building, partner with us. Knowing and caring about who is working beside you creates a stronger investment in shared success. Plus, your colleagues will thrive when they are connected to each other.
Connection-Centered Gatherings
If you are over the typical baby shower games, looking to join two sides of a family together at a wedding or reunion, hoping your closest friends at a birthday or bachelorette party will jive, or assigned to ensure the community building at your work retreat this year keeps your colleagues off their phones, we will create and facilitate a customized program so your people leave your gathering connected at the next level.
Friendship & Romantic Partnership Coaching
Disrupting patterns on how you seek out and develop healthy relationships can feel like a lifetime of unraveling poor habits and learned behavior on how to love and how to be loved. Work with us to talk through initial barriers, identify your goals, align your values and your commitments, and strengthen your resiliency through misunderstandings and conflicts that may arise in your relationships.
