Friend Tending

Intended to elevate the concept of friendship, Friend Tending is a dynamic 2-hour experience that raises our awareness of our own patterns in friendships and the ways we can better meet the needs of our friends.

Participants are guaranteed to come away with at least one of the following:

• a new meaningful connection or insight into how to show up better for existing friends

• a different perspective on how to think about friendships in general

• a meaningful question to explore further on your own or with a friend

• a change you feel inspired to make in your relationships

Defying Gravity: Sharing our Resilience Renaissances

Join Caryn Oppenheim, Found-her of Found Creative Connections, and Amy Lowright, Art Therapist, at the Foundry, for an intergenerational exploration of resilience. This free workshop offers a welcoming space for community members to share their resilience renaissances — stories of growth and transformation. Together, we’ll create an art piece that symbolizes our collective strength, drawing inspiration from the renaissances before us and our personal journeys.

Open to families, and community members ages 12 and up, this workshop invites you to reflect, connect, and create. Come prepared with your own resilience renaissance story to share as we celebrate the power of growth, creativity, and community.

Suggested age range: 12+

Adult chaperones who intend on participating in a program with their child must include themselves in the program registration’s ticket quantity.
